Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (from a carton - not the can)
  • 3 tbsp hemp hearts, by Better Option Foods
  • 1 tbsp hemp protein powder, by Better Option Foods
  • ½ small avocado
  • ½ cup spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp MCT coconut oil or extra virgin coconut oil
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • OPTIONAL 1 to 2 tsp - monk fruit or stevia to taste for sweetness
  • 4 - 5 cubes of ice

Equipment

  • blender
  • tall drinking glass

Method
 

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy
  3. Add 4 to 5 cubes of ice and blend on ice mode for a few seconds until the ice is finely chopped
  4. Pour into glass & enjoy!
