Ingredients
  

  • 1 to 1 & ½ cups Dairy or non-dairy milk
  • 1 med Banana
  • ½ to 1 cup Frozen pitted dark cherries
  • 1 - 2 tbsp Hemp Protein Powder, Better Option Foods brand
  • 3 - 4 tbsp Hemp Hearts, Better Option Foods brand
  • 1 tbsp Special Dark 100% cacao powder, unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp Natural peanut butter or nut-butter of choice OMIT if nuts are an allergen issue
  • ¼ cup Plain 100% yogurt with cultures, Greek or other OMIT if making dairy free

Equipment

  • 1 blender

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth and creamy. If ingredients stick to the side of the blender, turn blender off and use a spatula to push ingredients down.
  2. Add ice to blender and process on to make it chilled.
  3. Enjoy
